STAR Awards Nomination Form

The STAR Awards are an opportunity for us to celebrate the volunteers and staff of our amazing local nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and community groups. We are looking for you to nominate the individuals and organizations you feel are making an impact in the community with their work. Nominations are due by 5pm on Friday, November 6, 2020.

If you know of an outstanding volunteer or staff member that deserves to be recognized for their incredible work in one of the areas below, then fill out a nomination today! To nominate someone for a STAR Award, you'll need to fill out the application and upload a 1 minutes (or less) video explaining why you think the nominee should win the award. There is also a place to upload any photos you might have of the volunteer or staff in action (though this is not a requirement for the nomination).

We will be celebrating the organizations and individuals that are doing amazing work in our community day-in and day-out with a virtual award ceremony in December. More details about the ceremony will be forthcoming.
