Request For Agency Speaker or Tour

The Employee Campaign Manager (ECM) is encouraged to request an agency speaker to attend their company meetings or rallies. The speaker will be able to explain how donations are used for the programs at their agency and how Lake Area United Way helps to make a brighter tomorrow for everyone in their community.

Coordinating an agency tour for your company employees allows them to witness first-hand the impact their donations have on those served. From disabled individuals to scouting programs, Lake Area United Way agencies help youth development, encourage individual and family wellness, participate in crisis intervention and help to build stronger communities.

Please fill in three choices for your speaker or dates for the tour so that we can give the agency alternates. If you don’t have a preference, we will contact agencies that are located in your area. Or, along with the 34 members agencies of Lake Area United Way, there are individuals in the community who take personal time away from their work day to deliver the United Way message.

Do not fill in the shaded areas. Lake Area United Way staff will contact you with a confirmation of the speaker or tour date. Make out a separate form for Speakers or Tours.
