Pledge Information

Those who wish to contribute to local programs and services through the United Way campaign may do so by the following methods:

  • Payroll Deduction: An employee whose employer offers payroll deduction may give permission to have a designated amount taken from their regular paycheck and forwarded to the United Way.

  • Billed by United Way: Donors may make a contribution to the campaign and indicate how they wish to be billed (quarterly, monthly, or one time).

  • One Time Gift: Some donors choose to write a check at the time of the pledge drive and give directly one time to the campaign.

You can help your community by making a donation to Lake Area United Way. With one gift, you will help many people who receive important and necessary services through our 44 member agencies.

If your company doesn't run a United Way employee campaign, you can still make a donation by sending your contribution along with this form to:
