Mission Statement
The mission of the Lake Area United Way is to bring together the resources of our community to assist people in helping themselves and one another.

Strategic Vision
ESTABLISH LAKE AREA UNITED WAY AS THE QUALITY LEADER AMONG NONPROFIT HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS IN THE LAKE AREA

   ▸  Establish Lake Area United Way as the best investment of time, talent and financial
   resources for community problem solving.
   ▸  Establish Lake Area United Way as the catalyst of choice for coordination and collaboration
   within Lake Area health and human service delivery systems.

We will be an organization that strives for continuous improvement in the quality of our relationships with one another, volunteers, and all individuals and businesses in the community by:

    ▸   Treating all people in a courteous and professional manner that instills confidence and trust in
    the Lake Area United Way.
       Delivering timely, high quality service by being accessible and responsive and by following up
    to ensure satisfaction.
    ▸   Making sure that we communicate the appropriate information to one another to help us achieve
    our individual and organizational goals.
      Identifying and resolving problems or mistakes in a timely and satisfactory manner.
       Sharing information about the funded services that help people and the places where help is
    available.
